Directions for Use – Carpet & Upholstery

IMPORTANT: Always pre-test on an inconspicuous area first.

1. Use NEAT – do not dilute.
2. Pre-Test:
   Spray on a hidden area, cover with a clean white towel, and leave for 5 minutes.
   Check for colour transfer. If colour transfers to towel, do not proceed.
3. Blot excess liquid or remove solid debris before cleaning.
4. Spray UNBELIEVABLE onto the outside edge of the stain.
   Do not oversaturate the carpet.
5. With a clean white towel, work towards the centre of the stain.
   Avoid scrubbing – do not use a sponge.
6. Allow to sit for 2 minutes.
7. Using a clean, wet, white towel, blot the area.
8. Repeat steps if necessary until no more soil lifts.
9. Rinse the treated area with cold water, then blot or extract.
10. Repeat process until stain is fully removed.
